摘要
本文针对我国军工集团在技术、产品、产业、资本、人才等方面走军民融合路子的实践经验,以及理念转变、信息沟通、技术转化、能力互动、人才互用等制约发展的瓶颈,研究了以"信息互通、技术互补、产业互融、能力互动、人才互用"为主要内容的机制建设思路,提出需要国家支持的政策措施。
Based on the experiences of the military-civilian integration of the military indsutry groups in the technology,products,industry,capital and human resource,the paper discusses the bottleneck in the ideas transformation,the transfer of the information and the exchange of the talent.Then,it draws a conclusion that the government should support the military industry groups in the construction of the military-civilian integration development system.
