摘要
分析了网络化指挥信息系统的技术指标,利用支持向量机构建了系统效能评估模型,并用混沌粒子群算法对支持向量机的参数进行了优化。通过对信息处理能力的评估验证,结果表明,基于混沌粒子群算法的网络化指挥信息系统效能评估结果能够正确反映系统的整体性能,具有较高的可信度。
The technique indices of networked command information system were analyzed. The system effectiveness evaluation model was built by support vector machine (SVM). The parameters of SVM were optimized by chaos particle swarm optimization (CPSO). By evaluating information disposal ability, the method was proved to be very reliable, and the whole performance of the networked command information system could be better reflected by this method.
