摘要
针对未来作战指挥需求,运用模糊理论和多模型理论探索指挥信息系统可信性评估问题。建立了指挥信息系统可信性评估指标体系层次结构,以评估流程为基础综合集成了层次分析法和多级模糊评判方法,提出了一种基于Fuzzy-AHP的指挥信息系统可信性评估模型。经评估实例验证,该模型能够有效解决指挥信息系统可信性指标种类繁多而又相对模糊的问题,科学地实现定量与定性的有机结合,较好地满足了指挥信息系统可信性评估的需求。
Serving the demands of coming Command and Control,this paper applies Fuzzy theory and multi-model theories to the evaluating on C 4 ISR's trustworthiness.It presents the index system configuration of trustworthiness evaluating,integrates AHP and multilevel fuzzy evaluation based on evaluating flow,and puts forward a synthetic evaluation model based on Fuzzy-AHP.According to living example validating,the model solves problems from fuzziness and variety of trustworthiness indexes,combines quantity with quality logically and satisfies the needs of the evaluating on C4ISR's trustworthiness successfully.
