摘要
目的:探讨提高机疾病预防控制构仪器设备验收管理工作的水平,把好仪器设备的入口关。方法:着眼加强机疾控构仪器设备验收工作的重要意义,分析仪器设备验收管理工作现存的不足之处,并从验收准备工作、资质验收、性能调试及材料归档保存等诸多环节论述做好疾控机构仪器设备验收工作的途径和方法。结果:完善仪器设备验收工作,严格验证仪器设备的技术参数、配置,认真评判该仪器设备是否真正达到招标文件、技术资料、采购合同等资料中所叙述的各项性能及技术指标。结论:疾控机构仪器设备验收管理工作,是一项科学严谨、求真务实及专业性强的技术工作,做好该项工作,将符合使用要求的仪器设备安全、有效地应用于疾病防控的科研工作。
Objective： To explore how to strengt＇hen acceptance check of instruments in disease control facilities in order to guarantee the entrance of instruments. Methods： The importance of acceptance check of instruments in disease control facilities was emphasized and the existing weakness in the acceptance check of instruments analyzed. Meanwhile, the route and method was elaborated to accomplish the acceptance check of instruments in disease control facilities through preparation, qualification check, performance test and archiving. Results： The acceptance check of instruments in disease control facilities is a scientific and practical professional work. Conclusion： It is necessary to carefully check the technical parameter and configuration of the instruments, judge whether the instruments really satisfy the relevant performance and technical qualification required by bidding document, technical document and procurement contract or not, which in turn to safeguard the application of the qualified instrument into the scientific research in disease control and prevention safely and effectively.
