摘要
在讨论学前教育与学前教育管理概念的基础上,从教师与儿童、管理者与教师、管理者与儿童的关系的视角来探讨如何处理好学前教育阶段的管理问题。
On the discussion of the concept of preschool education and preschool education management,this article aims to deal with the management problem of preschool education from the perspective of relationship of teacher and children,manager and teacher,and manager and children.
