摘要
介绍了国内外现有员工安全诚信测量方法,从心理学角度对安全诚信认知、安全诚信体验和安全诚信监控三个方面初步设计了员工安全诚信测量量表,并通过对量表条目进行项目分析、因子分析、信度分析和效度分析等筛选出了三个维度五个方面的18个条目,形成了最终的员工安全诚信测量量表。通过将该量表应用于某企业的员工安全诚信度的测量,从而明确了该企业员工安全诚信的总体状况。
Integrity survey methods are reviewed, and then, based on psychological theory, the survey method for the safety integrity of employees is put forward. The preliminary safety integrity survey scale is designed from three aspects, safety integrity awareness, safety integrity experience and safety integrity monitoring. 18 items in five areas of three dimensions are retained by the factor analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis. Finally the safety integrity survey scale is determined and used to measure the safety integrity of employees in an enterprise, so the overall situation is obtained.
