摘要
中国保险服务贸易总量增长迅速,但逆差额却逐年递增,在竞争激烈的国际市场中优势并不突出。相比之下,美国保险服务贸易虽然也是处于逆差状态,但其保险服务贸易的发展质量远远高于中国。通过对两国保险服务贸易的国际出口市场占有率、贸易竞争优势指数、显性比较优势指数、产业内贸易指数的比较和对美国保险服务发展模式的研究,分析中国保险服务贸易的竞争态势。并从监管机制、产业政策、保险业务创新及扩大产业内贸易等多个方面提出竞争策略,为中国保险服务贸易进一步提升自身的国际竞争力开拓思路。
The total amount of the China trade in insurance service is growing rapidly, with the deficits in- creasing year by year. Therefore, the advantage of China trade in insurance services is not prominent in the highly competitive international market. In contrast, the U. S. insurance services trade is also in deficit, but the quality of the development of insurance services trade is much higher than China＇s. The paper selected nearly a decade of U. S. ＇s import and export data of the trade in insurance service, and analyzed the international export market share of insurance service trade of the two countries, TC index, RCA index, G-L index and the mode of development of insurance services in the United States. Subsequently, some competition strategies were put forward, from various aspects such as the regulatory mechanism, industrial policy, the insurance business innovation and expansion of intra-industry trade, aiming at exploring brand new ideas for domestic trade in insurance service to further enhance their international competitiveness.
