摘要
为寻找对大球盖菇菌丝生长有促进作用的维生素和植物生长调节剂,在培养基中分别加入不同种类及质量浓度的维生素和植物生长调节剂,观测对大球盖菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:与不添加任何维生素的培养基相比,2～10 mg/L的烟酸、VB1和叶酸对大球盖菇菌丝生长均有一定的促进作用,以10mg/L烟酸的促进作用最大,菌落直径达2.77cm;而2～10mg/L的VB2对大球盖菇菌丝生长没有明显的促进和抑制作用。与不添加任何植物生长调节剂的培养基相比,2～10mg/L的6-BA、KT、GA3、IBA和5～20mg/L的NAA对大球盖菇菌丝生长均有极显著的促进作用,以8mg/L的6-BA促进作用最大,菌落直径达3.10cm,而NAA的促进作用相对较弱。结论:在培养基中添加适量的烟酸、VB1、叶酸、6-BA、KT、GA3、IBA和NAA,可促进大球盖菇菌丝的生长。
To look for vitamins and growth regulators which could promote the mycelial growth of S. rugoso-annulata. In the culture medium different species and concentrations of vitamins and growth regulators were added, and the effects was observed as well. The results showed that compared with culture media without adding any vitamins, 2-10 mg/L nicotinic acid, folic acid and Vu~ could promote the mycelium growth of S. rugoso-annulata in certain degree. The biggest colony size of S. rugoso-annulata was 2.77 cm in the nicotinic acid concentration of 10 mg/L. But VB2 has neither promotion nor inhibition effects on the mycelium growth of S. rugoso-annulata. Compared with culture media without adding any growth regulators, 2-10 mg/L 6-BA, KT, GA3, IBA and 5-20 mg/L NAA had prominent promotion effects on the mycelium growth of S. rugoso-annulata, the biggest colony size of S. rugoscrannulata was 3.10 cm in the 6-BA concentrations of 8 mg/L, but NAA had less effect on the mycelium growth of S. rugoso-annulata compared to other growth regulators. Conclusion： adding moderate concentrations of nicotinic acid, VB1, folic acid, 6-BA, KT, GA3,IBA and NAA could enhance the mycelium growth of S. rugoso-annulata.
