摘要颠覆性创新对在位企业和新入企业的发展至关重要,相关的理论研究对于实践具有很强的指导意义,特别是对发展中国家的企业。目前,颠覆性创新研究主要集中在颠覆性创新的概念、机理、特点,颠覆性创新理论的预测力,颠覆性创新的影响因素及路径选择等方面。本文从以上几个方面对有关颠覆性创新的研究成果进行了述评,并指出了未来的研究方向。 The disruptive innovation is important to both the incumbent and the entrant.The theory of disruptive innovation has important implication to practice,especially to the enterprises of the developing countries.Current researches focus on the concept,mechanism and path selections of disruptive innovation to clarify and integrate the development of innovation and guide the realization of disruptive innovation.This article reviews the previous studies and points out some future areas for research about the disruptive theory.
