摘要
制度经济学者和演化经济学者关于制度动态变迁对企业竞争力演化系统的作用机制研究较少,需要在理论上进一步深入研究和完善。文章从动态的角度构建了理论分析框架,指出企业制度在"传承——创新——确立"的过程中,企业竞争力也经历了"突破惯例——搜寻优势——重新选择"三个动态变迁的路径,并以中兴通讯公司企业竞争力现状为例验证了理论分析框架。文章提出我国企业应该进一步突破对传统发展模式的路径依赖,遵循企业竞争力演化的科学路径,通过有效的制度创新,适应复杂多变的市场环境,获得更多的稀缺资源,培育并保持企业动态竞争优势。
The research about the mechanism of institution dynamic change acts to enterprise competitiveness evolution system by system economic scholars and evolution economic scholars is scarce. There is a need for improved and more in-depth study in theory. This paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework from the dynamic perspective, points out that the enterprise institution changes in the process of "inheritance-innovation-establishment", enterprise competitive evolution path experiences three stages of dynamic change: convention breakthrough-advantage search-reseleetion. It validates the theoretical analysis framework with ZTE enterprise competitive situation as a case study. Then it proposes that Chinese enterprises should further break through the traditional development mode of path dependence, follow the scientific path of enterprise competitiveness evolution, promote effective system innovation, adapt to the complex and changeable market environment, get more scarce resources, and foster and keep the enterprise dynamic competitive advantage.
