摘要
近年来,国内外关于陶瓷粘结的报道很多,但关于片式氧传感器中固体电解质氧化锆陶瓷的粘结则鲜有报道。文章采用氧化锆、铝硅玻璃的混合物制备浆料对片式传感器用氧化锆陶瓷进行粘结实验,结果表明,可以实现烧结氧化锆陶瓷的有效粘结,并且粘结强度随玻璃粉含量的增多而增强。
In recent years,there are many reports on ceramic bonding both home and abroad,but the bonding of zirconia solid electrolyte for planar oxygen sensors is rarely reported.Here we used ZrO2-silicon aluminum glass to bond zirconia ceramics for planar oxygen sensors and the results showed that the bonding was good and the shear strength was enhanced with the increase of glass content.
