三维网孔结构多孔氮化硅陶瓷的制备

摘要 以Si3N4和Si粉为主要原料,Al2O3、Y2O3等为助剂,制备Si3N4料浆,用有机前驱体浸渍结合二次烧成工艺制备具有网络结构的多孔氮化硅陶瓷材料。研究了前驱体的预处理方式、料浆的流变性能对挂浆效果的影响;干燥制度对坯体性能的影响;硅粉含量和烧成制度对试样性能的影响。用XRD、SEM、XEDS等对材料的显微结构和晶相进行分析,研究烧成制度对试样性能产生影响的原因,以利于更好地优化工艺。 Si3N4 slurry was preparated by using Si3N4 and Si powder as main raw materials,Al2O3 and Y2O3 as sintering additives.Using a reticulated polymeric sponge with three-dimentional network and open cells as primal framework and immersing into Si3N4 slurry,porous Si3N4 ceramics with interconnected pores was prepared by twice sintering process.The influence of the pretreatments of precursor and rheological properties of Si3N4 slurry on green bodies were investigated,and the effects of drying and sintering systems and silicon metal content on the performance of sintered bodies were analysed.To further optimize the technics,detecting and analysing the phases and microstructure of the sintered bodies by XRD,SEM and XEDS.
