摘要
精益物流在农产品供应链中的应用,旨在减少资源浪费和消耗,减少不必要的环节。农产品"精益物流"的主要内容,是探索农产品供应链中各环节的高效运作,减少浪费,降低成本,提高客户满意度,目标是优化供应链资源配置,因此,目前要加快农业合作组织及第三方农产品物流企业的发展,努力实现对消费者需求的精益化和个性化服务。
The purpose of the application of lean logistics to agricultural product supply chain is to reduce waste and con- sumption of resources and reduce the unnecessary links. The content of agricultural product ＂lean logistics＂ is exploring the ef- fective operation in the links of agricultural product supply chain, reducing waste, reducing cost, and improving customer saris- faction; and the target is to optimize supply chain resources distribution. So, at present, we should accelerate the development of agricultural cooperatives and the 3PLs, and realize the lean and personalized service.
