摘要
发展农产品物流已经成为解决农村问题的重要措施之一。基于精益思想,分析了我国农产品物流中存在问题,从农产品物流业务流程、组织间合作、创造价值和消除浪费的关系、农产品物流"精益文化"四个方面论述了改善农产品物流的途径,以期显著改善农产品物流速度、质量和成本。
Developing agricultural product logistics has been one of the important measures which can solve the problem of rural area. In view of Lean Thinking, this paper analyses the problem of agricultural product logistics in Chinese, discusses four aspects as the business process of agricultural product logistics, the cooperation among organizations, the relationship between creating value and eliminating waste, ＂Lean Culture＂ of agricultural product logistics, and presents the way of implementing agricultural product logistics, so as to improve the speed, quality and cost obviously.
