二甲双胍对人HER2阳性乳腺癌细胞作用的体外研究 被引量：1

摘要 回顾性临床研究表明，二甲双胍能改善伴发2型糖尿病的乳腺癌患者的预后。本研究通过检验二甲双胍对HER2阳性乳腺癌细胞的体外增殖、细胞凋亡、热休克蛋白90（heat shock protein 90，HSP90）表达等的影响，探讨二甲双胍对HER2阳性乳腺癌的作用及可能的分子机制。
