摘要
泡沫酸因具有静液柱压力低、滤失量小、助排能力强及对地层伤害小等特征,广泛用于低压、易漏失及水敏性储层的增产改造。室内实验合成出一种泡沫酸稳定剂,并对该稳定剂进行了稳泡性、酸液配伍性、耐温性、耐盐性评价。结果表明,该稳定剂稳泡效果好,在90℃下稳定剂浓度为1%时泡沫酸析液半衰期可以达到1 h以上,用该稳定剂配制的泡沫酸对高、低渗透率的2块并联岩心进行酸化分流实验后渗透率均得到提高,同时并联岩心渗透率差异减小。
Foam acid has the characteristics of low hydrostatic column pressure,low filtration,strong discharge aiding ability and low damage to reservoir,which is used in production stimulation of low pressure and water sensitive reservoirs.In this paper,a foam acid stabilizer is synthesized and tests of foam stability,acid compatibility,thermal endurance and salt tolerance are developed.The evaluation results show that with 1% concentration of this foam acid stabilizer,the half-life of excluded fluid researches more than 1h.After treated by foam acid with this stabilizer,the permeability of parallel cores is all increased,and the permeability heterogeneity is decreased simultaneously.
