摘要
针对塔河油田缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏埋藏深、地层破裂压力高、主体区块部分井裂缝发育、酸液滤失量大、人工裂缝延伸距离短及难以实现深度改造的技术难题,开展了攻关研究和现场实践。通过酸化预处理、压裂前射孔、优化管柱结构、酸压工作液加重等技术,可有效降低施工压力20~30MPa,针对缝洞型油藏不同储层类型形成了相应的深度酸压工艺;将单一储层改造工艺有机结合,形成了清洁转向酸与常规酸复合、冻胶酸携砂压裂等复合酸压工艺;针对碳酸盐岩储层加砂压裂难点,通过小型压裂测试、前置液段塞工艺、注砂程序优化等手段成功实现了对该类储层的加砂压裂改造,TK241井一次性加砂量为82.7t,支撑剂质量浓度最高达630kg/m3;2005年9月至2010年6月,现场试验并推广应用56井次,累积增产原油量达64.068×104t。
In view of ihe technique puzzles of Tahe oilfield carbonate oil reservoir with high fracture pressure,growing fissure and great filter loss,it is difficult subsequently to extend the artificial fracture,as well as the formation reformation.Through the techniques such as pre-treatment of acidizing,perforation before fracturing,optimization of tubes structure within borehole,intensified acidizing rate,the filed injection pressure may be lowered by 20-30MPa.And,the accordant acidizing technique suitable for different cave and fracture reservoirs is also proposed and combined with the techniques dedicated for the formation reformation to form the composite fracturing and acidizing techniques,that is,combination of oriented acid with conventional acid,and freezing gel acid containing sand fracturing.In response to the sand containing fracturing difficulty on the carbonate reservoir,the fracturing pilot,pre-liquid-plugged technique and sand injection optimization are adopted for the formation fracturing reformation.For example,the sand of 82.7t is injected totally into the well TK241 with the concentration of supporting agent up to 630kg/m3.Fifty-six acid fracturing field pilots have been implemented successfully in pilot zone witb oil increment by 640 680t from September,2005 to August,2010.
