摘要
可溶性糖在植物生命活动中具有重要作用,其含量是植物生理学的常测指标。本研究提供了一种快速测定可溶性糖的新方法—2-硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法,并将该种方法与最为常用蒽酮法进行了比较,总结了TBA法的优缺点,为相关研究提供参考。
Because soluble sugar play an important role in life of plants, so soluble sugar content was measured frequently in plant physiology research. A novel method （TBA method） for determining soluble sugar content was described in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of this method was demonstrated by comparing with the most common anthrone-method, which could provide reference for correlational research.
