摘要
最佳分析条件下,采用微波消解样品,以HCl为预还原剂和测定介质,用氢化物发生-原子荧光法同时测定了家禽内脏中硒汞的含量。硒、汞的质量浓度分别在12.00~24.00μg/L范围与相应的荧光强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限分别为0.065μg/L和0.010μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别在1.3%~2.8%和2.4%~4.3%(n=5)之间,回收率范围分别为93.6%~101.1%和92.2%~98.6%。
Under optimized conditions, selenium and mercury in the poultry offal were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with hydro chloric acid as the pre-reductant after microwave digestion. Linear relationships between fruorescence intensities and mass concentrations of selenium and mercury were obtained in the range of 12. 00μg/L -24. 00μg/L respectively, with detection limits (3s/k) of 0. 065 μg/ L and 0. 010 μg/L respectively. Precisions(RSD) were in the ranges of 1.3% -2. 8% and 2. 4% -4. 3% (n = 5) respectively. The recoveries of Se and Hg were in the ranges of 92.2% - 98.6% and 93.6% - 101.1%, respectively.
