摘要
采用双通道原子荧光光谱法测定杜仲中砷的含量。确定了仪器的最佳工作条件,考察了酸度、还原剂、预还原剂的影响以及共存元素的干扰情况。方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,为中药材中砷的含量测定提供了较好的方法。
The content of arsenic in eucommia was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The optimal conditions were established,and the influence factors such as the acidity,the concentration of reducer and prereducer,and the interference of co-exiting elements were discussed.This method is proved to be fast,simple,accurate and sensitive,and it offers a good metod for the determination of arsenic in traditional Chinese medicine.
