摘要
目的探究分析社区卫生服务中对糖尿病患者的管理模式,以提高对该类患者的血糖控制质量。方法选取2010年6月—2012年12月期间,我社区卫生服务中心登记在册的692例糖尿病患者,其中262例为男性,430例为女性,年龄为36~88岁,平均年龄为（52.6±8.2）岁,采取回顾性分析的方法,比较实施管理模式后糖尿病患者的临床资料。结果实施管理模式后,糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况显著优于开展管理模式之前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而且根据分析结果显示,不同年龄段和不同性别的糖尿病患者在接受糖尿病社区卫生服务管理模式后,血糖控制情况,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在对糖尿病患者治疗时,将社区卫生服务放在重要的地位,具有积极的意义,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the analysis of community health service management model for diabetes patients, in order to im- prove the quality of medical services for the patients. Method Select the period June 2010 to December 2012, the community health service center registered 692 cases of diabetes, of which 262 cases were male, 430 eases of women aged 36-88 years old, the average age（52.6：i：8.2） years old, take a retrospective analysis, comparing the implementation of diabetes clinical data manage- ment model. Results The implementation of the management model, the glycolic control of diabetes significantly better than before to carry out the management mode, P〈0.05; analysis showed diabetes patients of different ages and different sex accept the medical management of diabetes, glyeolic control situation there are also a significant difference, P〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclu- sion In diabetic patients, the community health services on the important position of positive significance should be widely applied.
