摘要
目的研究探讨牙缺损伴牙颌畸形的联合治疗效果,总结其临床价值。方法将该院从2010年1月—2011年12月收治的牙颌畸形患者329例,其中130例是牙缺损伴牙颌畸形的病患,随机分为观察组65例(使用正畸联合修复治疗)和对照组65例(正畸治疗),观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组中显效为35例占53.9%,有效为29例占44.6%,无效为1例占1.5%,总有效率为98.5%;对照组中显效为12例占18.5%,有效为19例占29.2%,无效为34例占52.3%,总有效率为47.7%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用正畸联合修复治疗牙缺损伴牙颌畸形效果显著,直得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the dental defect with teeth jaw deformity of the joint treatment, summarize its clinical value. Methods In our hospital from 2010 January-2011 year in December admits teeth jaw deformity in 329 cases, including 130 cases of dental defect with malocclusion patients, randomly divided into observation group of 65 cases （ the use of orthodontic treatment ） and the control group of 65 cases （ orthodontic treatment ）, were observed in the two groups therapeutic effect. Results The obser- vation group 35 cases was in 53.9%%, effective for 29 cases 44.6%, invalid for 1 cases 1.5%, the total effective rate was 98.5% in the control group; effective 12 cases 18.5%, effective 19 cases 29.2%, invalid for 34 cases 52.3%, the total effective rate was 4717%; there, was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The orthodontic treatment using tooth defect with malocclusion results significantly, worthy of clinical use.
