摘要
目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特咀嚼片治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法将该院2010年1月—2012年1月收治的72例小儿哮喘患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组采取布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特咀嚼片治疗。结果观察组有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者咳嗽、呼吸困难和肺鸣音消失时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特咀嚼片治疗小儿哮喘临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者肺功能,值得临床推广和应用。
