摘要
教师对职业道德进行内化是提升高等院校整体教师队伍职业道德水平的根本途径,本文阐释了教师主体性在职业道德内化过程中的决定性作用,分析了生成和发挥主体性所需的主要条件,并在此基础上探析了影响高校教师主体性生成和良好发挥的主客观因素,为今后构建促进教师进行职业道德内化的有效路径奠定了基础。
To translate professional morality into personal morality is the key to promote college teachers occupation moral level.This paper interprets the decisive effection of teachers’subjectivity on the transformation of professional morality,analyzes main conditions on which subjectivity generation and exertion are based.And further,the paper analyzes the objective and subjective influencing factors of subjectivity generation and exertion,laying a good foundation to promote teachers’professional morality
