摘要
高校实施素质教育已经成为时代的要求,同时也是社会发展的需要,但是我国高校素质教育仍然存在问题。例如,受教育环境的影响、传统教育模式的限制、教师之间无法形成合力等。要达到素质教育的要求,必须要实行以下有效措施:各级领导要树立素质教育的意识,高校教师要落实素质教育,高校学生要发挥主体性。
Quality education in universities has become the requirement of our times and social development,but the quality of university education still exists some problems.For example,the influence of education environment,the limitation of traditional education mode,the cohesive force among teachers and so on.To achieve the requirements of quality education,effective measures should be implemented as follows： leadership at all levels should establish the cognition of quality education,teachers should fulfill the job of quality education,and university students should act the main role in it.
