摘要
江苏是水稻的主产和高产省份之一。稻谷产量从 1 949年的 1 90 5kg·hm- 2 ,上升到 1 998年的 862 5kg· hm- 2 ,跨入了世界水稻生产的先进行列。随着经济的发展 ,人民生活需求的变化 ,稻谷出现了结构性过剩。与国际先进水平相比 ,我省稻米生产的主要问题是 :1 )优质品种储备不足 ;2 )生产规模小 ,商品率低 ;3)粮食市场化程度不高。要使我省农民增收 ,农业增效 ,保持我省稻米生产的先进地位和适应国际竞争 ,应从源头抓起 :1 )调整育种策略 ,加大经费投入 ;2 )根据市场需求合理优化品种布局 ;3)实施优质米产业化工程。
Jiangsu province is one of the highest in yield perhectare and mainest in area of rice in China.The yield of rice increased from 1 905 kg·hm -2 in 1949 to 8 625 kg·hm -2 in 1998.The rice yield is one of the highest in the world.With the development of economy and improvement of standard of living,have a structural surplus of rice.Compared with advanced rice production in the world, there exists some problems in Jiangsu.1)The mumbers of superior rice varieties can’t meet farmer’s needs.2)The scale of rice production is in a smaller way and the rate of commodity is in a lower level.3)The level of marketization is low.In order to increase farmer’s income and improve the efficiency of production,some measures should be taken.1)The strategy of breeding should focus on the improvement of rice quality and the government should invest much in breeding.2)The arrangement of rice varieties should meet the needs of market.3)The production of superior rice should be industrialized.
