随着电子设备的集成度越来越高和功能越来越强,对电子系统的可靠性、稳定性和安全性的要求越来越高,所以对电路保护的要求也越来越高。本文详细介绍电子设备电源故障原因,列举了工程中常见的保护电路和新型器件,提出了建立保护电路的模型,构建了典型保护电路的设计方案。
