摘要
提出了利用晶闸管和电压比较器来设计截止型过流保护电路,分析了截止型过流保护电路的工作原理。实验测试表明,该保护电路具有保护灵敏度高、响应速度快、可靠性强的特点。
In order to prevent power supply from being burnt up under the condition of over-current, electronic equipment should be furnished with advanced power supply over-current protection circuit. Limited current type and Cut-off type are the two types of common over-current protection circuit. Two kinks of Cut-off type over-current protection circuit using thyristor and voltage comparator are pres- ented in the paper, and the principle of cut-off type over-current protection circuit is analyzed in detail. The experiment results show that the protection circuit have high protection sensitivity, high response speed and powerfu reliability.
