摘要
目的:研究食管鳞癌(esophageal squamous carcinoma,ESC)组织中一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)的活性与ESC生物学行为之间的关系,探讨NOS与ESC组织分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测65例ESC和53例癌旁组织中NOS1、NOS2、NOS3的表达。结果:NOS1在低、中分化组的阳性率明显高于高分化组(P<0.05);NOS3的阳性率在低中分化组、淋巴结转移组中分别明显高于高分化组、无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);NOS3在Ⅱb期和Ⅲ期组的阳性率明显高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱa期组(P<0.05),且NOS3阴性者的2年生存率明显高于阳性者(P=0.04)。结论:ESC组织的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况和预后与NOS尤其是NOS3有密切关系。NOS的检测可作为ESC生物学行为和预后评价的参考指标。
Objective: To investigate expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in esophageal squamous carcinoma (ESC) and the relationship between the expression and the biological behaviors of ESC. Methods: The NOS1, NOS2 and NOS3 expression in ESC was detected by immunohistochemistry (65 cases) . Results: The expressive rate of NOS1 in of low mediately differentiated case was significantly higher than that in well differentiated case (P< 0.05). The expressive rates of NOS3 in low mediately differentiated group, stageⅡ b and Ⅲ , and lymphoid metastatic group was significantly higher than those of well differentiated group, stageⅠ andⅡ a, and non lymphoid metastatic group, respectively (P< 0.05). And the patient with NOS3 positive ESC had a worse prognosis than those negative ones (P=0.04). Conclusion: The expression of NOS, especially NOS3, has close relationship with the differentiation, TNM stage, lymphoid metastasis and prognosis of ESC.
