Meta-analysis on curative effect of silicone intubation for lacrimal passage

摘要目的评价硅胶管置入泪道辅助治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的有效性。方法计算机检索循证医学图书馆、荷兰医学文摘、生物医学文献数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库及中文科技期刊全文数据库。全面收集硅胶管置人泪道辅助治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的临床随机对照试验，评价纳入研究的质量，提取有效数据，采用荟萃分析软件（RevMan）5．0进行荟萃分析（Meta—analysis，Meta分析）。结果共纳入6个随机对照试验，共477眼，置管组208眼，未置管组269眼。按干预措施和测量指标进行亚组分析，结果显示：在传统或鼻内泪囊鼻腔吻合术中置管组与未置管组手术成功率相比较，两者差异无统计学意义；两组术后并发症比较分析显示差异也无统计学意义。结论在传统的或鼻内泪囊鼻腔吻合术中置人硅胶管对提高手术成功率没有明显帮助，但这仍需要高质量的临床研究结果进一步证实。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treatment for obstruction of lacrimal passage with silicone intubation. Methods To search the Cochrane Library,EMbase,PubMed, Chinese Biomedical Data- base, Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals Database to collect randomized controlled trials（RCT）of treatment for obstruction of lacrimal passage with silicone intubation. The quality of the included trials was assessed and meta-analyses were conducted by RevManS. 0 software. Results A total of 6 RCTs （477 eyes） were identified. 208 eyes with silicone intubation and 269 eyes with no silicone intubation. No significant differences were found in the success rate of external or endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy with and without silicone intubation. There were no significant differences in postopera- tive complications. Conclusion Treatment for obstruction of lacrimal passage with silicone intubation can not increase success rate of external or endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy. However, a high quality perspective study is still required for further analysis.
