摘要
内镜下经鼻泪囊鼻腔黏膜吻合术（ET-DCR）是目前治疗慢性泪囊炎的主流术式，一些临床特征如泪囊大小、鼻腔病变、术中骨孔的位置与大小等，被认为是影响ET．DCR疗效的主要因素。现从患者个体差异。手术操作方法，术后随访与处理三方面对相关文献进行综述，以期了解影响ET—DCR疗效的因素，为提高ET-DCR疗效提供更多参考依据。
Endoscopical transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy （ET-DCR） has become the most popular surgery in treating chronic dacryocystitis. A number of factors such as size of lacrimal sac, intranasal abnormalities, size and location of the bony ostium are considered to be the main factors that can affect the success rate of ET-DCR. This review summarizes current research from the aspect of individual differences for the patient,operating skills for the surgeon and postoperative care and follow-up, to realize these factors and improve the success rate of ET-DCR.
