摘要
目的观察热牙胶充填对慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎的治疗效果。方法选取口腔科2010年1月-2012年7月间收治的慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎患者200例,随机分为治疗与对照组各100例,治疗组采用热牙胶充填治疗,对照组采用冷牙胶侧方加压充填联合洁刮术+甲硝唑治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后GI、SBI、PD值均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后上述指标下降显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组治疗后IL-1β值下降高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热牙胶充填治疗慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎,临床效果确切,并能降低牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数和牙周袋深度,是治疗慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎的有效方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of hot gutta-percha in treating chronic pulpitis and periapical peri- odontitis. Methods Two hundred chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis patients admitted to our department from January 2010 to July 2012 were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group （n = 100 ） and control group （n = 100 ）. Patients in treatment group adopted hot gutta-percha filling, while control group received combined therapy of cold gutta-percha lateral con- densation filling, clean curettement and metronidazole. Therapeutic effects of two groups were observed for comparison. Results After treatment, GI, SBI and PD values in two groups decreased and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The fall of above indicators in treatment group was higher than that in control group. The difference was with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, the fall of IL-1 ~value in treatment group was higher than that in control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hot gutta-percha filling,in treating chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis, can reduce gingival index, sulcus bleeding index and depth of periodontal pouch. It brought definite effects and was regarded as an effective treatment for chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.
