摘要
在参阅国内外大量文献的基础上,详细归纳了检测低聚半乳糖的薄层色谱法、气相色谱法、液相色谱法、离子色谱法等各自的优缺点及研究进展。认为今后低聚半乳糖的检测方法应该以AOAC 45.4.12-2001.02方法为基础,研究适用性强的检测方法。为建立食品中低聚半乳糖的国标检测方法提供参考依据。
According to the references, the respective advantages and disadvantages and research progress of galactooligosaceharides detected on thin-layer chromatography, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography and ion chromatography was summarized in detail. The conclusion was that the AOAC 45.4.12 2001.02 method will be developed. The present paper could provide reference for the establishment of GB of galactooligosaccharides detection method on food.
