摘要
为使工业工程专业人才能力与社会需求之间进行有效的匹配,本文将质量功能展开(QFD)方法应用于工业工程主干课程体系构建。通过调查分析提出工业工程专业人才专业素质及职业能力需求,职业能力需求对人才培养的内在要求,并对职业能力需求与主干课程体系的设置进行重要度转换,建立专业主干课程体系结构质量屋,为专业人才培养方案的修订和改进打下基础。
To make the cultivation of professional competencies fit social demands effectively,the Quality Function Deployment(QFD)method was applied to construct the key curriculum system of industrial engineering in this paper.Through investigation and analysis,the core qualities of undergraduates in industrial engineering and professional competence demands were put forward.The inherent requirements for talent cultivation of capacity demands were analyzed,and the importance of the competence demands were transformed into key curriculum system quality,and a quality house of the key curriculum system was built,which can provide reference for further improvement of industrial engineering cultivation plan.
