摘要
黑龙江省是我国最重要的国有林区和最大的木材生产基地,森林面积、森林总蓄积和木材产量均居全国前列。经过多年的发展,该区域已形成较完整的森林工业产业体系。实施天保工程后,对木材政策性禁伐和限伐,木材加工企业的生产经营受到直接影响。分析黑龙江省林业生产的发展现状和发展过程中所面临的问题,据此探讨如何将工业工程的理论和技术应用到黑龙江省森工企业木材生产中,填补工业工程在森工企业木材加工中应用研究的空白。在此基础上阐述实施方案和预期效果,为森工企业的可持续发展提供理论和技术支撑。
Heilongjiang Province is the most important national forest region and the largest wood production base, where forest area, total forest accumulation, and timber yield all outstand. Through developing for many years, relatively complete forest industry system has already been come into being. After the Natural Forest Protection Project was implemented, forbidden cutting and limited cutting were conducted, which affected production and management of wood processing of enterprises directly. The development of forest industry in Heilongjiang Province and the problem lied in forest industry were analyzed which filled the gaps at home. The application of industry engineering on forest industry in Heilongjiang Province and the anticipative effect were discussed, and the theory and technology of the forest industry were improved greatly.
