摘要
本研究以公务员学习积极性这一学界较少关注的问题为研究对象,通过对M市284名后备干部的调查,分析了公务员学习积极性的状况,以及公务员对相关影响因素的态度。调查结果显示,M市后备干部的整体学习积极性较高,并且其主要原因与政府的学习和管理环境有关。基于此,笔者从组织管理层面提出了提升公务员学习积极性的对策建议,包括提倡学习的组织文化、重视学习的组织领导和强化学习的管理机制。
The civil servants' learning issue is increasingly emphasized to meet the challenge of Information Age. As a response, this study adopts 284 reserved cadres in City M as a case, focusing on their learning initiatives remained as a weak point in current research, and their attitudes towards relative elements. It turns out that reserved cadres in City M are positive learners owing to the learning and administrative environment in local government. Such findings lead to some suggestions at the organizational and management level, including the enhancement of learning--oriented culture, leadership and management mechanism.
