东莞运河河道淤泥处理试验研究 被引量:4

Study on Treatment of Sludge from Dongguan Canal

摘要 分别采用带式脱水固结一体化工艺、高压弹性板框压滤脱水固结一体化工艺和土工管袋工艺对东莞运河河道清淤污泥进行试验研究。结果表明:带式脱水工艺、高压板框工艺以及土工管袋工艺处理后的污泥含水率分别为75%、40%、65%,且处理后污泥的浸出液水质基本可满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅴ类水质标准。 An experimental study on treatment of sludge dredged from Dongguan Canal was conducted using belt filter press dewatering process, high pressure flexible plate-and-frame filter press dewatering process and geotextile tubes. The results showed that the moisture contents in the sludge treated by the three technologies were 75% , 40% and 65% respectively. The leaching solution water quality of treated sludge met the class V criteria specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water ( GB 3838 - 2002).
