摘要
本文根据东莞运河的污染现状和比较复杂的运行规律,在水环境容量研究的基础上,建立了运河水污染控制最优规划模型,得到了运河污染源最优削减规模,并给出了优化的水污染控制工程方案。模型通过简化后可以直接用线性规划软件求解,所得结果正确,计算速度快。
In this paper, on the basis of pollutional loads and operational regular of Dongwan Canal, the model of water pollution control optimal planning was built using the result of total allowable maximum daily loads. A mathematical programming called 'Linear Progran' was applied to the simplified model. The optimal scale of water pollution control have been obtained by calculation. Then A optimal engineering decision of water pollution control has been quickly obtained.
