摘要
采用兼氧接触氧化工艺预处理含高浓度SS的纺织印染废水,探究其应用于实际工程的可行性。当进水COD、SS平均浓度分别为956和1 450 mg/L、兼氧接触氧化反应器的水力停留时间为10 h、溶解氧维持在0.3 mg/L以下时,对COD的平均去除率为54.7%,对SS的平均去除率为93.7%。该工艺能耐受高pH值和有机负荷冲击,并具有降低pH值、降解部分有机物、减少污泥产量的作用。
The pretreatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater with high suspended solids was conducted by a faeultative contact process to determine its engineering feasibility. When the average influent COD, SS, HRT and DO were 956 mg/L, 1 450 mg/L, 10 h, and less than 0.3 mg/L, respectively, the average removal rates of COD and SS were 54.7% and 93.7% , respectively. The process can tolerate high pH value and high organic load shocks, and is capable of reducing pH, degrading organic compounds, and decreasing sludge production.
