摘要
在浙江某制革公司废水处理工程中,针对制革废水含有铬鞣工艺废水的特点,将铬鞣废水单独分流预处理,实现铬泥的回收利用。综合废水采用初沉和气浮二道物化处理单元强化预处理,从而提高了废水的可生化性,通过兼氧/好氧生物处理工艺,实现了制革废水的达标排放。介绍了废水处理改造工程的组成、各处理单元的设计参数及运行操作方式,可为制革废水的达标排放和提标改造提供参考。
Considering that tannery wastewater contained chrome tanning wastewater, the chrome tanning wastewater was separated and pretreated, and the chrome tanning sludge was recycled in the wastewater treatment project of a tannery in Zhejiang Province. The comprehensive wastewater was pre- treated by pre-settling and air flotation to improve the biodegradability of wastewater. Combined with fac- ultative and aerobic biological treatment processes, the tannery wastewater met the discharge standards. The composition of wastewater treatment reconstruction project, the design parameters of each treatment unit and the operation mode are introduced to provide reference for up-to-standard discharge of tannery wastewater and upgrading and reconstruction of WWTPs.
