摘要
目的:测定丹参中的丹参酮IIA的含量,比较辐照灭菌对丹参酮IIA含量变化的影响。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参酮IIA的含量。Accμrasil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-水(15∶5)为流动相;检测波长270 nm。结果 :辐照灭菌后丹参酮IIA含量有显著性变化。结论 :以丹参酮IIA为指标表明丹参不适宜应用辐照灭菌法灭菌。
Objective : To determine the content of tanshinone IIA, and to compared the content changes before and after mirradiation sterilization. Methods : The high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method was used to determine the content of tanshinone IIA, taking methanol: water ( 15 : 5 )as mobile phase, chromatographic column 18 alkyl silane bonding silica gel as the filling agent, the wavelength detection was 270 nm. Results : The content of tanshinone IIA of salvia mihiorrhiza had significantly changed with the method of irradiation sterilization. Conclusion : It indicates that salvia mihiorrhiza is not suitable for applications of irradiation sterilization, which takes tanshinone IIA as index .
