摘要
目的探讨标准根治术和扩大根治术对于治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年7月至2012年10月收治的100例胰腺癌患者的临床资料,按治疗方法分为实验组58例(采用扩大根治术)和对照组42例(采用标准根治术),比较2组患者治疗效果。结果实验组疼痛缓解率为89.55%,而对照组为66.67%,实验组并发症发生率为20.69%,对照组则高达40.48%,实验组患者切除率、疼痛缓解率以及生存率均明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌确诊后应根据患者癌细胞转移范围,确定清除范围及根治术方案,使患者症状得到缓解。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of standard radical resection and enlarged radical resection on the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Methods The clinical information of 100 patients who were admitted into our hospital from July 2010 to October 2012 and diagnosed as pancreatic cancer were retrospectively analyzed. And they were divided into experimental group （58 cases ） and control group （42 cases） by the way they were treated. Experimental group were given enlarged radical resection, while control group took standard radical resection. After treatment, two groups patients curative effects were compared. Results The pain relief rate was 89.55% in the experimental group and 66.67% in the control group. The incidence rate of complications in control group was 40.48% , which was relatively higher than the exprimental group and of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The resection rate, pain relief rate and survival rate of experimental group were obviously higher than those of control group. Conclusion When patients were diagnosed as pancreatic cancer, we should make treatment plan in terms of resection domain according to the metastasis range of cancer ceils so as to get better curative effect.
