倒T型脱硫喷枪在循环工作状态下的热应力分析

摘要 利用ANSYS等有限元分析软件,对倒T型脱硫喷枪的热应力状态进行仿真分析研究,获得喷枪在5个工作循环下的热应力变化规律,并对其热应力裂纹破损机理进行研究。结果表明:随着喷枪使用次数的增加,喷枪最外层耐火材料热应力在喷吹阶段逐渐降低,提枪冷却阶段却呈升高趋势;随着工作循环的进行,喷枪各部分的热应力逐渐降低并趋于稳定;耐火材料的物性参数对喷枪热应力有一定的影响。 The thermal stress field of T shaped injection lance for liquid iron desulphurization was analyzed by ANSYS FEA software. The thermal stress distribution on the lance section in 5 working circles was also discussed, and the crack damage mechanism was studied. The results show that, with the increase of used times, the thermal stress of outer refractories declines, while rises in the stage of cooling; the thermal stress of every part in the T shaped injection lance gradually decreases and tends to be stable with the increase of the number of used times; the change of the thermal physical parameters of refractories has great influence on thermal stress.
