摘要
通过对倒T形脱硫喷枪破损过程的现场跟踪、喷枪构成与枪芯结构分析、纵裂纹烧穿破损机理分析,完成了枪芯结构的改进、喷枪的工业性试验与推广应用,取得了优良的试验效果,达到了大幅度提高喷枪使用寿命的目的。
The overall course of damage for the inverted T shaped lance has been on-site investigated and the structures of the injection lance and lance core as well as the mechanisms of vertical burn-out damage of the lance analyzed and thereupon improvement in the lance core structure and industrial scale experiments and application of the improved lance finished and excellent results achieved and the set purpose to prolong the service life of the lance in great magnitude realized.
