摘要
研究了连续空冷冷却速度、等温温度对新型中高碳Mn-B系贝氏体钢组织的影响规律,测试了其连续空冷及等温转变(CCT及TTT)整体动力学曲线。与TTT曲线相比,CCT高温珠光体转变曲线明显右移,而中温贝氏体转变及低温马氏体转变曲线位置几乎不变。此外,观察了不同冷却系条件及等温温度下,试验合金的金相组织。结果表明,试验合金具有优良的淬透性,在空冷条件下可获得贝氏体和马氏体复相组织。
篢he influence of continuously air-cooling speed and temperature in isothermal treament upon the structure of a new type of medium and high carbon Mn-B system bainite steel is investigated.The integral dynamic curves in continuous air-cooling transformation (CCT) and tantamount temperature transformation (TTT) are examined and plotted.Comparing with the TTT curve,the transformation cure of high-temperature perlite in CCT is obviously located in the right,while the locations of transformation curves of the medium-temperature bainite and low-temperature martensite are almost not changed.In addition,the microscopic structure of the experimented alloy is examined under different cooling conditions and isothermal temperatures.The results show that the experimented alloy has excellent hardenability and is able to obtain the bainite and martensite complex phase structure under air-cooled condition.
