摘要
模拟弱酸性铜矿浆,进行静态浸泡腐蚀失重试验,测定了材料的腐蚀失重率、时间-电位曲线、阳极极化曲线等试验数据,分析了锰钢材料的静态腐蚀机制和腐蚀微观形貌。结果表明,锰含量不同,材料的耐静态腐蚀性能不同,但其影响幅度有限。
The paper simulates the acidulous copper-bath, carries out the static immersion corrosion zero-G test, measures weight loss rate of the material corrosion, time - potential curve, anodic polarization curve and others, and analyses the static corrosion mechanism and morphologies of Mn steel. The results show that, the material static corrosivity is changing with Mn contents and its influence is limited.
