摘要
针对我国冻干食品企业设备选型中存在的一些问题 ,强调了冻干设备选型的重要意义 ;较系统深入地讨论了原料对设备选型的影响 ;论述了国内外冻干机的主要差距并指出企业应从自己的客观情况和实际需要出发 ,因地制宜 ,合理选用设备。
The paper is written to solve the problems that exist in freeze\|drying equipment selection for food industry.It emphasize the importance of freeze\|drying equipment selection;The effect of raw material on equipment selection is discussed systematically.This paper state the main disparity of freeze\|drying equipment between domestic and import,and point out that equipment selection must be based on objective conditions and actual needs,that is adjust measures to local conditions.
