二维钛网数字化三维成型在颅骨缺损修补术中的应用体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨二维钛网数字化三维成型在颅骨缺损修补术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2012年1月颅骨缺损患者的病例资料,其中缺损的颅骨用二维钛网数字化三维成型修补的患者62例。结果二维钛网数字化三维成型在颅骨缺损修补术手术时间为(86.5±2.5)min,使用钛钉(7.2±1.4)个,患者外形对称,塑形满意,均痊愈出院。发生术后并发症4例,其中皮下积液1例,切口感染1例,硬膜外血肿1例,癫痫发作1例。结论二维钛网数字化三维成型在颅骨缺损修补术具有手术修补时间短、并发症少等优点,有临床应用价值,值得推广。
