7B04铝合金厚板热轧态和单级峰时效态组织分析 被引量:1

Microstructure of 7B04 aluminum alloy thick plates in hot-rolled and peak-aged condition

摘要 采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)对7B04-T351态铝合金预拉伸厚板的织构和再结晶进行了研究,采用透射电镜(TEM)对7B04预拉伸厚板单级峰时效态(T6)的沉淀析出相进行了研究,分析了7B04铝合金预拉伸厚板组织的不均匀性。EBSD分析结果表明,7B04-T351态合金中心区域保持了较好的轧制织构,以β取向线上的铜型织构、S织构和黄铜织构为主。合金的表层区域,R织构和立方织构的体积分数提高,而铜型织构、S织构和黄铜织构的体积分数下降。7B04-T351态合金的再结晶程度从板材边缘逐渐向中心减弱。TEM的分析结果表明T6态合金表层区域的基体析出相密度相比中心区域较大,中心区域存在相对较多的尺寸大于10 nm的沉淀析出相。 The texture and recrystallization of 7B04-T351 alloy pre-stretched thick plates at different positions in thickness direction were investigated by EBSD technique, and the precipitates of 7B04-T6 alloy pre-stretched thick plates at the different positions were examined by TEM. The EBSD results show that the center of 7B04-T351 alloy plate keeps rolling orientation well.. The main orientations of the center are copper, S and brass texture which are distributed in the ~ orientation line. R and cubic texture fraction hecoames higher, and the copper, S and brass texture fraction decreases near the surface of plate. The recrystallization degree is weakened gradually from the surface to the center. The TEM observation results shows that the density of the precipitates in matrix near the surface of the plate is higher than that of the center of the plate, and there are more precipitates which are bigger than 10 nm at the center.
