摘要
采用X射线衍射应力测试技术,分析了热载荷、力载荷及热-力耦合载荷下7075高强铝合金喷丸试样表面残余应力的松弛现象,讨论了不同热-力载荷加载路径下残余应力松弛的机理与规律。结果表明,不同性质载荷最终对材料微观动、静力学特性的影响类似,引起残余应力松弛效果相当。
The surface residual stress relaxations of the shot-peened 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy specimens under thermal loading, force load and coupled thermal-force load were determined by X-ray diffraction technology. Moreover, mechanism and pattern of the stress relaxation under different thermal-force loading paths were discussed. The results show that different loading paths can cause equivalent residual stress relief by influencing the same microscopic dynamic and static mechanic characteristics.
